To make it easier to get to the spots you love, the City is offering FREE parking in all City-owned lots from November 25 through January 1.
Free Gift Wrapping!
The early bird gets the free wrapping paper! Support Hyattsville businesses on Small Business Saturday then bring your gifts to the City's Winter Wonderland celebration on Friday, December 1 from 7-8 p.m. to be wrapped in "Love Hyattsville" wrapping paper! Limit of one large gift or two small gifts per person. Available while supplies last!
See, Savor and Shop Late on December 2!
Several Hyattsville businesses are staying open until 9 p.m. or later on Saturday, December 2 to help you get your shopping done early!
The City is also supporting SEE, SAVOR + SHOP LATE, a holiday event hosted by the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation spanning all three of the City's business districts.

- UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTER (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with a complimentary, family-friendly showing of "The Polar Express" at Regal Hyattsville (reservations required). Afterward, indulge in special holiday menus and discounts at surrounding restaurants.
- QUEENS CHAPEL TOWN CENTER (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Embark on a culinary journey with a tasting tour featuring the best flavors from local restaurants. Join the block party with a lively DJ, engage in festive art activities, and soak in the holiday cheer.
- ROUTE 1/ SOHY (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Get creative at a holiday community paint event with the talented artists behind The Creative Supply Social Club. Take a holiday selfie in front of the art, enjoy the sounds of the season, and shop late at participating stores.

Find something new to you and be entered for a chance to win prizes in our Small Business Scavenger Hunt! Starting November 25, pick up a Shop Small, Win Big card at the City Building, 4310 Gallatin Street, M-F, 9AM-5PM, or at a participating small business.
Visit local businesses to collect stamps - no purchase required. Collect 3 or more stamps to be entered to win a Shop Hyattsville for the Holidays notebook, mug, tote bag, or gift basket! The more stamps you get, the greater the chance to win!
Drop off your completed card at the City Building or a participating business by Monday, January 1.
