Driskell Park
The City is hosting a series of inter-generational events this summer to connect senior residents with members of the Hyattsville Teen Center! Upcoming events will take place on July 20, 27, and August 3 and feature a nature scavenger hunt, meeting the officers (dog and human) of the HPD Community Action Team, and mussel restoration with the Anacostia Watershed Society! Events will run from 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. and will meet at the Driskell Park Large Pavilion. Space is limited and registration is required. Senior community members can register by emailing seniors@hyattsville.org or by calling (301) 985-5012. Teens in grades 6-12 can join the Hyattsville Teen Center at hyattsville.org/teen-center!
