Harvest and Use

  • Harvest from April - November. Mature green leaves are about 4-5 inches long when ready for harvesting. Clip at the base of the leaf along the stem.
  • The blooming white flowers can also be eaten!
  • Leaves and flowers have a vegetal, cabbage-like flavor.
  • Leaves and flowers can be eaten raw or steamed.
