Consent Agenda
To appoint Mike Gemeny, Dave Collins, Mary Ann Anderson and Kenneth French
to the Web Site Advisory Committee.
To authorize the preparation of the application for the Main Street Program
for the Route 1 area.
MOTION To authorize staff to enter into a conditional gift agreement in
1999 of the building located at 4318 Gallatin Street.
MOTION To appoint the members of the Planning Committee: Council
liaison/ex officio Chris Currie, Council liaison/ex officio Paula Perry
City Administrator/ ex officio Elaine Murphy, City employee/ex officio
Sergeant Gary Blakes, Ward 1: Connie Gasch, Bill Machen and Rosalyn
Clemens, Ward 2: Carter Brandon, Marialis Zmuda and Robert Croslin, Ward 3:
Sam Love, Tim Taylor and David Marshall, Ward 4: Carlos Lizanne, Bill
Gardiner and Melanie Medina, and Ward 5: Jim Quisenbery, Lee Lambrechts and
Jari Zickuhr.
MOTION To authorize City staff to enter into a lease agreement for a
satellite office at the Queens Chapel Town Center for 2,400 square feet for
36 months, with a supplemental appropriation of up to $6,000.
MOTION To accept the gift of a parcel of property next to the Public Works
compound, Parcel 50 of the Black Ash subdivision, subject to inspection and
cost analysis.
MOTION To approve a permit application process and a fee of $50 plus 7.5%
of the total restoration cost for utility work performed in the City
right-of-way, to be implemented on February 1, 2000.
