	Consent Agenda
To approve public hearings on November 15 at 8:00 p.m. on the Local Law
Enforcement Grant, and on November 22 at 7:00 p.m. concerning Y2K, and a
Special Meeting of the Council on November 22 at 6:00 p.m. for the
presentation of FY1999 Financial Statements by the auditor, and to
authorize a vehicle violation extension for the resident at 5815 32nd
Avenue until November 17, 1999.

	MOTION 	To adopt an Hyattsville Internet Link Policy and appoint a Web
Development Advisory Committee. 

	MOTION	To send a letter to Mr. Askew, the County Cable TV Division Chief,
authorizing participation in the Starpower Municipal/County Cable
Coalition.

	MOTION	To approve a donation of $500 from Municipal Affairs to assist with
expenses for the 8k Race, which benefits Special Olympics.
