Consent Agenda
To waive the Multipurpose Room Rental Fee for the Hyattsville High School
Reunion.	
Acceptance of Foreign Motor Vehicle Registration Enforcement Program
Agreement and appropriation into the FY2000 budget the award amount of
$7,000.	
Acceptance of a matching grant of $1,500 for the LGIT Safety Program Grant
and appropriation of $4,000 to increase the height of a fence around the
Magruder Park ball field.
Appropriation of $5,507.60 for the installation of two pedestrian safety
lights in Gallatin Park.
Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with M-MNCPPC, acceptance of
$16,500 for services and programs, and appropriation of $16,500 for the
Recreation part time budget.

	MOTION 	To send a letter of opposition for Special Exception #4354,
pending review of the technical staff report, and to ask the County to
delay the hearing until after December 6, 1999.
	MOTION 	To approve the transfer of the city-owned alley in back of the
Metro Awning property on Rhode Island Avenue to Mr. Roberson, subject to
conditions.
	MOTION 	To establish a four person Art Liaison Committee to work with the
Gateway Community Development Corporation on the establishment of an art
district.
	MOTION 	To authorize a change in employee insurance benefits,
specifically: hospitalization, prescription and dental coverage, for
calendar year 2000, funding 80% of the cost of family insurance, and 90% of
the cost of single insurance.
