PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON-LINE CITY AUCTION

The City of Hyattsville is holding  a public auction of 15 used city
vehicles. The auction will be held on-line at www.govworks.com. Vehicles may
be viewed on-line starting September 28, 2000. All interested parties are
invited to submit their bids starting October 2, 2000 at 8:00AM. The closing
date on all bids will be October 16, 2000 at 5:00PM. If you do not have
access to the Internet, simply stop by the Hyattsville Municipal Center or
call 301-985-5060 for assistance in placing your bid on-line. All vehicles
will be sold as is with no warranty implied.

Serviceable -  means that the vehicles, when placed out of service, were
operational.
