	MOTION	To proclaim May 13, 2000 as Arbor Day in the City of Hyattsville in
celebration of the City’s being named as Tree City USA by the National
Arbor Day Foundation for the 15th consecutive year. - Frankle

	MOTION	To authorize the Police Department to apply for a grant from the
Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention that will fund the
development of a Citizens Police Academy for residents of Hyattsville and
other municipalities in Prince George’s County. - Smith

	MOTION		To authorize a Community Informational Meeting to discuss the
City’s proposed FY2001 Budget on Monday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m., and a Public
Hearing on the same topic on Monday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m. - Brogden
