	MOTION		To submit an application for the CARE program, designate the areas
on Route 1 from Marche’s Florist (4800 block) to the Bell Atlantic Building
(5500 block) and the 3400 Block of Hamilton Street, and a supplemental
appropriation of $5,000 to $10,000 to provide matching funding for this
