	CONSENT AGENDA - Brogden

•	To appoint Colin Thorn, Connie Gasch and Mike Franklin to the Ethics
Commission, with terms ending in May of 2003.    

•	To accept the petition from the residents of Rosemary Terrace regarding
Calverton Drive being maintained as a permanent dead-end street.  

•	To hold an Executive Session on Monday, February 7, 2000 immediately
following the Council Meeting to review performance evaluation of the City
Administrator.	

	MOTION 	To direct the City Attorney to explore information concerning
group situations that could have significant impact on the resources of the
City because of their supervision of individuals who are in their care,
custody or control. - Brogden

	MOTION	To send a letter to the State Highway Administration requesting
two-hour parking restrictions be instituted on the west side of Rhode
Island Avenue between 43rd Avenue and 42nd Place. - Dudrow

	MOTION	To adopt Hyattsville Resolution 2000-01 to establish Two Hour
Parking on the North side of 42nd Place from Rhode Island Avenue to 4805
42nd Place. - Dudrow

	MOTION	To send a letter to the Prince George’s County Board of Zoning
Appeals requesting that the record for Variance V-170-99 and V-171-99 be
re-opened and that the City oppose these variances.   - Wilson 

	MOTION	To adopt Hyattsville Resolution 2000-02 which gives the City the
authority to pay the cost of issuance, bond insurance premiums and other
related costs, up to $50,000, to be added to the principal amount of the
bond. - Brogden
