City Building Closed to Public Until Further Notice

To keep employees and the community safe during the current COVID-19 surge, starting Monday, November 23, the City Building at 4310 Gallatin Street will be closed to the public until further notice. Effective immediately, the City is halting in-person parking permit applications, fence permit applications, residential unit applications, business license applications, and notary services. You may still apply for permits and licenses online at hyattsville.org/permit. Payments must be made online by selecting the “Make A Payment” icon on the hyattsville.org home page. City staff are still available to assist residents remotely via email or phone. Please call (301) 985-5000 with questions.

Thank you for your understanding, and please be safe as the virus continues to spread. If you need support, visit our resident and business resource pages at hyattsville.org/covid-19. You can also sign up for City notices to be alerted of food distributions and other services at hyattsville.org/notifyme.
