The City of Hyattsville will accept bids for repair of an existing roof on its Municipal Building located at 4310 Gallatin St.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2 PM on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000.

Send bids to: City of Hyattsville, 4310 Gallatin St., Hyattsville, MD 20781, Attention: City Clerk.

The scope of work will consist of the following work to be performed by an authorized Firestone licensed EPDM applicator:

410 - lineal feet of field seams must be stripped in

770 - lineal feet of base-tie in must be reconstructed

5 - drains must be reflashed

8 - 4" pipes must be reflashed

4 - 2'x2' curbs must be reflashed

2 - 3'x3' curbs must be reflashed

1 - 4'x5' roof hatch curb must be reflashed

2 - 7'x20' HVAC unit curbs must be reflashed

1 - 10'x10' penthouse curb must be reflashed

40 - lineal feet strip-in metal edge detail on 10'x10' penthouse
